Welcome
This site highlights my work in
web and graphic design
for academic projects
Academic Design
I have extensive experience in producing professional and high quality design that caters to academics and researchers, especially in the field of political science. This site delivers a portfolio of my previous work with website design, promotional and campaign materials and documents, and e-learning platform design and delivery.
My specialization in Academic Design refers to the blending of my experience in both design and academia which allows me the ability to create appropriate and effective materials for academic audiences.
Through my own personal experience on the receiving-end of Academic media, I have witnessed many "do's and don'ts" of research presentation, personal and professional promotion, and e-learning interfaces. I have also experienced many of the "don'ts" in my own early efforts to engage in the delivery of academic research and teaching in an online environment.

CORA
The Canadian Online Research Archive (CORA) is a hub for datasets on Canadian political statistics and polls. The site serves as the home to the CORA research lab and is built to promote publication based upon the data holdings (hosted at an external database site). This website, hosted via the Queen's WebPublish* system, required special elements for navigation, data search, and display.

Land Rights
The Indigenous Land Rights and Reconciliation workshop landing page is a single-page design, hosted via the Queen's WebPublish* system, which served, and continues to serve, the tri-fold purposes of workshop-promotion, podacast delivery, and workshop dissemination.

Divided Cities
The site for Complex Diversity in Divided Cities is an in-progress research dissemination site for a multi-case and multi-researcher comparative political analysis. While showing emerging findings through the project's progress, the site also serves to inform potential subjects of the investigation about the project.
*Queen's WebPublish is a Drupal platform and interface.
